Customizing your E-Cinch Branding

Customizing your E-Cinch Branding

We want the E-Cinch software to feel like a natural extension of your website and marketing materials. We highly encourage you to add your company’s branding to E-Cinch. To start, click the “Account” button in the top navigation bar.

Upload your company’s logo (in a .png format). We recommend using a logo with a height of 200 pixels. Your logo will be added to the top left corner of your E-Cinch marketplace and the line item proposal.

Pro tips:
  1. Make sure your logo image is in focus.
  2. Use a logo with a transparent background.
  3. We either recommend using just the icon of your logo and omitting the company name or using just the company name and making it large enough to be legible. Omit any tagline you may have as it's often not legible in such a small format.

Type in your website URL in the “Logo Link'' field. If and when a customer clicks on your logo in the header of your E-Cinch marketplace, they will be redirected back to your website.

Enter your primary brand color by clicking on the “Banner Color” box. This will set the color of the header in your E-Cinch Marketplace and line item proposal.

Do NOT use white as the color of your banner bar. At the moment there is not an option to change the font color in the navigation bar and if you select your banner bar to be white, the navigation links will not be visible to your shoppers.

If you do not have a specific color you wish to use, you can use the color picker. If you’d like to enter a specific color, you can either enter RGB values or a hex code.

Click “Save” and you’re done!

Your custom branding only appears on the frontend customer view. Once you save your custom branding, select the "Packages" tab in the navigation bar and then select "View" on one of your packages to see the changes.
