You can access all of your account information by clicking on the “Account” button in the top navigation bar.
You will have entered all of the User Information when first creating your account. Should you ever need to edit any of the details, this is where to find them.
The email you used when you created your account will automatically appear in your “User Information” section.
If you want to charge a mileage fee, E-Cinch will use the address that is stored here and the address your customers input when they build their proposal to calculate the distance.
If you make any changes, don’t forget to click “Save” when done.

Select your currency, determine what your mileage fee is (if you want to charge one), set how many miles you’re willing to drive for free before your mileage fee kicks in, and select your country.
You can also set the mileage fee and free service radius from within a package. Mileage fees and the free service radius are calculated one-way only. So if you want to charge round trip, simply double the number you enter into these fields.

Zapier is a product that allows you to integrate various web applications and automate workflows. If you are using a CRM, you’ll use Zapier to connect E-Cinch with your CRM. Read our article on Integrating E-Cinch with a CRM to learn more.
From there, you can edit your credit card information and billing address.
If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so here. As soon as you cancel your subscription, your E-Cinch account will be deactivated.
If you want to switch from the monthly plan to the yearly plan, or vice-versa, cancel your plan and then re-subscribe using the desired subscription type.
