There are 3 ways to create a package in E-Cinch. You can import a package template from the E-Cinch package library (we recommend doing this for your very first package or when you want to launch a new offering), you can duplicate one of your existing packages (which we recommend doing when you want to create a similar package to one that is already setup in your marketplace), or you can create your own package from scratch.

To create a package from scratch, go to your Package Dashboard by clicking on “Packages” in the top navigation bar.

If you do not see the “Packages” option, please contact E-Cinch customer support.

Click “Create New” in the top right:

Give your package a name (this is what will appear in your Package Dashboard and what your customers will see) and then follow our step-by-step guide on Editing a Package.
