In your Package Dashboard, you can see all packages that have been created under your account. To access the Package Dashboard, click on “Packages” in the top navigation bar.
If you do not see the “Packages” option, please contact E-Cinch customer support.
From your package dashboard, you can do a handful of things:
Search for a package by typing in the package name or package ID:
Find the Package ID for any given package:
Determine the order in which the packages appear in your marketplace:
Notes on Market Index:
If you leave all Market Index fields blank, packages will auto-sort by Package ID.
If you leave the Market Index fields of some packages blank, and you enumerate other packages, the packages will still auto-sort by package ID. Packages with blank Market Index fields will appear first in your marketplace followed by the enumerated packages.
Hide or show a package in your marketplace by checking or un-checking the “Exclude from Market” box:
Pro tips: you can also adjust this from within a package. We recommend hiding a package from your marketplace until it is ready for customers to see it.
View a package, as if you were one of your customers:
Pro tip: you can also view a package by clicking on “Marketplace” in the top navigation bar, and then selecting the desired package.

Copy a package that is already in your marketplace (more info on this here):
Permanently delete a package from your marketplace:
Once a package is deleted, it cannot be recovered!
And lastly, grab a direct link to your package that you can promote in your website or marketing materials. Simply click “Link”, type in the name of your package, and copy the link that pops up:
